Korean/English Bilingual School Development Survey

This survey is developed by a group of Twin Cities parents who are trying to find more effective ways to help their children develop a more global perspective as well as a bilingual education in a regular public school setting. Immersion education is a way of learning a second language (after the native language) and has been proven as the most effective way to learn a second or foreign language. Under the immersion model, children receive all the educational experiences, both in-class and outside of classroom, through activities in the two target languages. The immersion model supports the academic and linguistic development of children in two languages and thus helps them develop appreciation of their own and other cultures. Our goal is to create a Korean/English bilingual immersion charter school in the Twin Cities area. Our first step is to ask you to fill in this survey. Your feedback will assist us in knowing the community's level of interest in starting a Korean/English bilingual immersion school.

We appreciate your participation!
